Educationopedia MBBS Abroad Refund Policy:

By engaging with Educationopedia for services such as Admission Counseling, Application Guidance, Travel Assistance, Visa Support, and more, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Educationopedia. Once you complete your registration, you must pay the corresponding fee.

Once payment is made as specified in the agreement, you will be eligible to receive the selected services from Educationopedia. Our services are typically one-time, and fees are charged accordingly. Please note that once registered with Educationopedia, university application fees are non-refundable. However, we outline our refund policies here, which will also be included in the form that must be signed by both parties.

All outstanding payments must be cleared promptly. Once payment is made and documents are submitted, the application process will begin and cannot be halted under any circumstances. Educationopedia’s services are considered complete once the student arrives at the foreign university. We also provide pre-departure guidance to students and their parents to ensure they understand the travel process. Please note that while we offer visa assistance, we do not guarantee the issuance of a visa, nor are we responsible for any delays caused by the embassy.

Refund Policies:

  •  Students who wish to withdraw their application must inform Educationopedia in writing on or before stage 1, i.e., in an offer letter.
  • No refund will be issued if the application is withdrawn after the deadline.
  • University application fees and documents charges from the government or lawyer that are non-refundable
  • Educationopedia is not responsible for payments made to other institutions.
  • It is advised that you fully understand our refund policy before making any payments.
  • Consultation fees paid to government bodies are non-refundable.
  • In cases of visa rejection, a refund may be requested, which will be processed within 45 to 90 working days. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the student’s account, depending upon the embassy.

If a student cancels their application after making the payment, service charges and other applicable fees will be deducted

Refunds Will Not Be Provided If:

  • The student fails to meet embassy requirements.
  • The student fails the visa interview.
  • The embassy is not satisfied with the student’s documentation.
  • Documents are submitted after the deadline.
  • The student cancels their admission after the deadline.
  • The student submits falsified or tampered-with documents.
  • The student is deported from the destination country.

Refund requests submitted after the deadline will not be entertained. Educationopedia will not be responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as courier services, embassies, or others.
