1. Application Process: Submission of this form does not guarantee admission. The application will be reviewed, and the applicant will be informed of the next steps via email or phone.

2. Fees: The applicant agrees to pay all required fees, including application fees and other associated costs, as per the selected university.

3. Documentation: The applicant must provide all necessary documentation as required by the process. Incomplete or inaccurate documents may lead to delays or denial of admission.

4. Code of Conduct: The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the university and the laws of the country where they are admitted. Any misconduct or violation may result in expulsion there will be no refund in such a case.

5. Data Privacy: The information provided in this form will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of processing the application. It will not be shared with third parties without the applicant’s consent.

6. Liability: The consultancy is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the course of study abroad.

7. Termination of Agreement: The consultancy reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the applicant fails to comply with the terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Amendments: The consultancy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
